Everything sells in as-is condition, no warranties. All items must be removed by November 30th. Anything left after November 30th is charged a $50 rental fee per day to be paid to the Phelps County Fairgrounds. No loaders after November 30th. There is a $20 title transfer fee for titled items. Announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over prior advertising.
