Develop your income by becoming an Independent Representative for Adam Marshall Land & Auction.  In this role, you’ll work with farmers, ranchers, and businesses helping them list & sell their equipment in a timely manner through our safe, transparent & effective online auctions.

What you’ll be doing?

As an Independent Sales Representative, you’ll have an excellent opportunity to generate income and create your own success. In this role, you’ll establish business relationships with local individuals within your territory. We’ll provide you with the proper procedures and guidelines to be successful. From meeting with clients, to pictures & following up.

Independent Sales Representatives control their success:

  • Educate prospective customers on the buying and selling process
  • Encourage prospects to sell equipment within our easy to use online auction environment
  • Create quality equipment listings
  • Work with our owner & marketing team to assure a first-class experience for sellers
  • Market equipment through flyers & generating word of mouth
  • Set sales goals to ensure growth and success
