Terms: Cash or good check with state issued ID. Must register for a buyer’s number to bid. No items can be removed until settled for. Not responsible for accidents. Everything sells in as-is condition, no warranties. All items must be removed by April 2nd. Anything left after April 2nd is charged a $50 rental fee per day to be paid to the Phelps County Fairgrounds. No loaders after March 30th. There is a $25 title transfer fee for titled items. Announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over prior advertising.
