Terms: Cash or good check accepted the day of the auction. No items removed until settled for. All items are sold in as-is condition. No warranties expressed or implied. Adam Marshall Auctioneers is not responsible for accidents.  Removal: Items need to be removed the day of the auction. Only exception to this is for buyers of large quantities or items that will need extensive work to remove. Plan accordingly.
