Terms: All bidders must register for a bidder number with a government issued ID. Cash or check accepted the day of the auction. All items must be settled for before removal. Auction company is not responsible for accidents. All items must be removed the day of the auction. If interested in buying a firearm, please read the gun terms below.

Terms for guns: Adam Marshall Auctioneers requires that purchasers of firearms must have in their possession the day of the auction a Concealed Carry Permit or a Nebraska Hand Gun Permit. All gun buyers must be 21 years of age or older.  Every buyer will complete a form 4473, no exceptions. Out of state buyers will have our FFL ship the firearm to an FFL in their state of residence. There will be a $10 transfer fee per gun.
