Terms: Cash or good check with state issued ID. Must register for a bidding number. No items can be removed until settled for. Auction company and sellers are not responsible for accidents. Everything sells in as-is condition, no warranties. All items must be removed by May 21st. There is a $25 title transfer fee for titled items. Announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over prior advertising.
