Terms: Cash or good check with state issued ID. Must register for a buyer’s number to bid. No items can be removed until settled for. Everything sells in as-is condition, no warranties. All items must be removed by August 18th, Loader will be available. No load out Sunday, the 17th.  There is a $20 title transfer fee for titled items. Announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over prior advertising. Not responsible for accidents.
