Method of Sale: The sale of this property positively sells at Absolute Auction. Property will be offered in 1 Parcel. The auctioneer will determine the bid increments.
Payment: 20% deposit required day of auction with the signing of a Lashley Land and Recreational Brokers, Inc. purchase agreement. Certified or personal check accepted. An additional 30% payment due at closing by December 30th, 2015. The remainder 50% shall be paid to the sellers on January 2nd, 2016.
Possession: Possession given date of closing subject to the tenant’s rights through March 31st, 2016. Seller shall retain landlord’s rental income.
Financing: This sale is NOT contingent upon buyer’s financing. Prospective buyers should make their financial arrangements prior to the auction.
